How do I purchase or place an order?

I can’t find the part number I need on your website. Does this mean you don’t have it?

No! We have too many parts to list on this site.

We have a huge range of tractor parts in stock in our warehouse, and also express weekly airfreight services from our global network of suppliers.

To make sure you get the right parts for your tractor, we ask you the right questions when you get in touch with us!

If you don't have my part in stock can you source it for me?

Yes. We have a huge range of tractor parts in stock in our warehouse, and for anything we don’t have in stock, we have a large network of global suppliers to draw on.

We have express airfreight shipments arriving every few days.

What information do I need to give you about the tractor?

We always need the tractor make and model, and sometimes if there’s been serial number changes we may need that too.

Do I need to know the serial number of my tractor to order parts?

Sometimes, but not always. It depends if the manufacturer has changed the part number for a tractor model at some point.

We can tell if you need the serial number when we know what parts you’re needing.

Where do I find the serial number and other identifying numbers for my tractor?

The tractor serial number (also known as chassis number or identification number) can be found on the ID plate.

The location of this plate varies and is dependent on the manufacturer; your owner’s manual will indicate where it is located for your specific brand & model.

If you’re unsure where it is on your tractor, get in touch and we’ll help locate it.

It is good to know, there are often separate serial numbers for the front axle, transmission and engine. These are located on the respective housings and are sometimes needed to determine the correct parts in these specific areas.

What is the delivery time for parts?

Anything from same day/overnight service, to two to three weeks, depending on your location and the part availability.

What price will I pay?

With multiple serial number changes and supersessions getting the right part can be tricky, but our knowledge and expertise is among the best there is, and our prices are very competitive.

Can I return unwanted items?

Mostly, you can.

We will ordinarily accept items for return if they are in original unused/unfitted condition complete with the original packaging.

We will issue a credit or refund minus the freight cost. If the item you are wanting to return is not an item we normally sell, we may not be able to take it back for credit.

If this is the case you will be told at the time of ordering and supply that the item is not returnable. In all instances, prior approval to return an item needs to be obtained from us if you wish to receive a credit or refund.

What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?

We will replace any items that you receive in damaged condition or are incorrect, promptly.

Please contact us straight away - before returning the item. In the case of damaged goods, it is important that all evidence is kept and photos are taken of damaged items and outer packaging so that we can make a freight claim if necessary.

If the damage is visible when you receive the parcel please make reasonable attempts to sign the receipt of the shipment as damaged.

What payment types do you accept?

Payment to New Zealand Bank Account, Australian Bank Account or by Credit Card, including secure gateways Paypal and Poli.

Where are you located?

We are in Napier, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.

Can I come down to your yard to have a look at your stock?

Absolutely. If you want to check out a part before you purchase and are in the region, you are more than welcome to.

We can always send photos of anything prior to purchase too.

Are your parts genuine, or aftermarket?

We supply aftermarket, OEM and genuine branded tractor parts.

Genuine branded tractor parts are parallel imported branded products. Propart Ricambi demands high-quality standards and will not source parts from suppliers where we deem the quality to be substandard.

You can be sure that the parts we sell are of excellent and enduring quality.
