What is the best way to contact you?
Call us for immediate response during standard business hours.
Email us for a guaranteed prompt response (we know lots of website enquiries don’t get responded to, but we’re not like that!)
Does this mean you don’t have it?
No! We have too many parts to list on this site.
We have a huge range of tractor parts in stock in our warehouse, and also express weekly airfreight services from our global network of suppliers.
To make sure you get the right parts for your tractor, we ask you the right questions when you get in touch with us!
Contact us and we will get you price and availability on the parts you need.
From there, you can confirm your order with us directly.
Yes. We have a huge range of tractor parts in stock in our warehouse, and for anything we don’t have in stock, we have a large network of global suppliers to draw on.
We have express airfreight shipments arriving every few days.

With multiple serial number changes and supersessions getting the right part can be tricky, but our knowledge and expertise is among the best there is, and our prices are very competitive.

This is normally reserved for those in the tractor servicing, contracting and mechanical trades.

Online customers are able to make payment at checkout using a Credit / Debit Card, or directly from your bank account using the Account2Account.
On-account customers with accepted trade terms are also able to pay on invoice.
You can make your payment to our New Zealand Bank Account, Australian Bank Account or by Credit or Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX), including secure gateways Paypal and Poli.
Absolutely. If you want to check out a part before you purchase and are in the region, you are more than welcome to.
We can always send photos of anything prior to purchase too.

If you ordered within the last 1 hour: Our accounting system syncs with this website every hour, so it might not have had a chance to update itself yet. We recommend checking back after an hour, or giving us a call if you need urgent help with anything.
If you ordered more than 1 hour ago and you still can’t see your order in My Account: We can look into this for you – please Contact Us.
Our website currently only displays completed orders (both completed online and offline) and doesn’t track your offline quotes.
