A Deutz K610 rolled into the ProPart yard recently with some serious rear-end drama. The issue? A rear axle main shaft with splines that were bent, twisted, and completely sheared off. Yep — it did a number on itself. 😬
We’re not entirely sure what caused this issue – maybe a deep bog recovery, or hauling something hefty over rugged ground .
Whatever the cause, the splines on this rear axle main shaft looked like they’d been twisted like a lolly wrapper — and that’s not a good look on any machine.
