Customers welcomed to new online tractor parts store
Ordering parts has never been easier as legendary New Zealand tractor parts supplier, ProPart Ricambi, launches their dedicated online store. At the same time the business has invested heavily in increasing their stock range, to ensure local availability for NZ’s most needed tractor parts.
While the business has had a website catalogue for some years, the decision to make parts shoppable online for trade customers was made thanks to a raft of industry feedback.
“We surveyed a bunch of our customers last year and the response was evident.” explains Sarah Smith, Co-owner.

“While most customers value the peer-to-peer service and technical advice we offer, sometimes it helps to speed quotes up by having all the info there in front of you.”
“We get that, so it was time to make the change.”
Parts offered include everything from genuine parts to OEM and After-Market Parts – which the ProPart team have vetted to ensure only the highest quality comes through the door.
The increased stock holding means that in addition to thousands of parts to suit old favourites like SAME, Deutz-Fahr, John Deere and New Holland, their range has been bolstered further to give customers greater assurance the part will be there quickly.
The ProPart online shop is available to all customers from 1 December 2023. As many existing customers as possible will have been emailed a login invitation ahead of time during a ‘soft launch’ phase.

While ProPart have deepened their online offering, they’re not doing away with their famed personal service.
“We love customers who ring up and like to have a yarn with us” confides Dean Smith, ProPart’s owner and head of sales.
“Sometimes it’s as much about getting the right part as it is about sharing knowledge and enjoying the people you deal with in your workday. We reckon people in the industry value that as much as we do, so that’s something that’s here to stay.”

Many parts are listed already, but it’s a massive process to get tens of thousands of parts loaded up – so ProPart recommend making a parts enquiry if you can’t find the part you’re looking for.
And if there’s something that’s more elusive, the team always welcome the challenge of scouring the globe to find that tricky tractor part you can’t get your hands on.
