Brought on-board to continue to grow awesome relationships with our customers, we are excited to announce that our new team member Luke Hayes has joined ProPart this month.
Luke’s newly created role is ProPart Sales Rep, with a core focus on face-to-face customer relationships.
ProPart is in good stride, and a dedicated on-road sales rep is one of many forward steps we are taking. By bringing on Luke, we are adding to our people-power and aiming to fuel the growth of your business and our relationship together.
Luke is excited to get out and meet everyone, and he’ll be booking customer visits over the coming weeks and months. Be sure to give him a welcome ribbing!
In the meantime, here’s a little Q&A with Luke:
Q: What can ProPart customers expect from having you there to service them?
Luke: Through having more face-to-face contact, people can expect more opportunities for feedback, better communication, and more time invested to understand your needs.
My goal isn’t just to react to your immediate needs but to provide proactive support that truly aligns with your business.
Q: What is your philosophy towards customer service?
Luke: I believe that asking questions is the key to understanding needs and providing a deeper, more relevant level of service.
It’s all about building a relationship where I can anticipate customer needs before they arise.
Q: What’s your background?
Luke: Working with customers is my passion. I’ve always been enthusiastic about mechanical projects and spent the last three years as a trade sales rep in the engineering and diesel field.
I’m no stranger to workshops and have a solid understanding of what goes on in them.
Q: Who is Luke outside of work?
Luke: I’m definitely an outdoors person! If you want to talk about BBQs, fishing, 4WD’ing, or dragging your family around on all of these adventures—often with a 3-year-old in tow—then I’m your guy.
