Shipping and Returns


New Zealand & Australia

  • All orders are dispatched from our Napier warehouse by tracked courier.
  • Place your order by 4.00 pm (NZ) or 1.00 pm (AU time) for items ex stock to have it dispatched the same day. Procured parts typically take 7 to 12 days delivery.
  • Need parts fast? Same-day courier is available for destinations between Hamilton and Wellington, NZ, if ordered before 9 am (or 10-11 am for areas close to Napier).
  • Overnight courier service is available for main New Zealand centres and two to three days delivery for main Australian centres.
  • Missing your delivery?  Get in touch and we can provide tracking details, lodge a query with the courier service and help you locate your order.

  • We have shipped parts to many countries around the world, and can likely ship to you! Please contact us - we would love to help you out with your enquiry.

Change of Mind and Unwanted Items

  • If you have an item you would like to return please get in contact with our team for approval.
  • We will normally accept returns if they are in original unused/unfitted condition complete with original packaging and within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a credit or refund minus the freight costs.
  • If the item you are wanting to return is not an item we normally sell, we may not be able to take it back for credit. If this is the case you will be told at the time of ordering and supply that the item is not returnable.
  • In all instances, prior approval to return an item needs to be obtained from us if you wish to receive a credit or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We will replace any items that you receive in damaged condition or are incorrect, promptly. Please contact us straight away - before returning the item.
  • In the case of damaged goods, it is important that all evidence is kept and photos are taken of damaged items and outer packaging so that we can make a freight claim if necessary.
  • If the damage is visible when you receive the parcel please make reasonable attempts to sign the receipt of the shipment as damaged.
