Oh snap! Looks like the hub swivel housing on the Deutz Agroplus 95 decided to take an unexpected break!
The Deutz Agroplus 95 is a mid-range 95 HP utility tractor that is very versatile for general farmwork and fencing operations.
With SAME and Deutz being well known for being great at hills, farmers will often part fill the tires with water to lower the centre of gravity and widen the tires to increase stability.
This makes them very desirable for fencing contractors and farmers in hilly areas, but pushing the tractor to its limits can lead to breakages as is seen here…
Time for a little unplanned maintenance and maybe a pep talk for this South Canterbury tractor.Â
We supplied a second hand swivel housing and drag link plus a new axle shaft assembly, king pin and related bearings seals.
